Our services are not available to anyone under the age of 18. By using our services you confirm that you are at least age 18 and that you understand and agree with these terms. 

Payment in full is required when the service is booked. In addition to credit/debit card and PayPal, payment is accepted with Venmo and Cash App. The name of the Venmo and Cash App accounts is Astrological Healing. 
 
If you need to reschedule, you may do so at least 24 hours before your appointment. Sorry, we do not refund payments for any reason.
 
Astrological consultations: Birth time is very important for an accurate reading. If you do not have an accurate birth time, please try to get one. Astrological consultations are for entertainment and information purposes only. By using our services you agree that you, alone, are responsible for your actions and will not hold Astrological Healing responsible for the outcome of any information you might receive during your session. Astrological Healing is not responsible for any decisions you make in the future. Astrology is not fortune telling or predicting the future.
 
Reiki sessions: Reiki treatments are not a substitute for medical or psychiatric diagnosis and treatment, and no medical claims are made regarding these treatments. Reiki sessions can help with some issues, depending on the person, but typically several sessions are required in those circumstances and there are no guarantees. By agreeing to these terms you understand that Reiki is an energy healing methodology that can include, during an in-person session which is rare, but is not required, with the client's permission, the laying of hands on the client who always remains fully clothed. There will be no touching of breasts, genitals, buttocks or any other area the client does not want. The client agrees to hold Astrological Healing harmless and agrees that Astrological Healing is not responsible for the outcome of the session.

Astrology/Reiki combo sessions: Combo sessions are for 90 minutes and start with an astrological consultation for the first 60 minutes immediately followed by 30 minutes for a Reiki session. The session includes a discussion about what issue you want addressed by Reiki.

​When you successfully book a session with Serafina Abrams of Astrological Healing, you will receive a confirmation email with instructions for your appointment. Email us at serafinaabrams@gmail.com if you do not receive an email confirmation. Otherwise, your appointment may not have been successfully made.
